Jedd W. Heap, Associate AIA, LEED AP

Jedd W. Heap began his career at the University of Florida where he graduated in 1988 from the College of Architecture with a Bachelor's degree in design. Heap then continued his education at the University of South Florida where he earned a Masters degree in Architecture from the College of Architecture & Community Design.
He has worked under several well-known architects in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, gaining over 9 years of experience in a variety of project types, such as single and multi family residential, educational, commercial, institutional, industrial and master planning. Some examples of past projects include Manatee Community College campus, Manatee Technology Institute's new facility, "the palm" mid rise condo, Lakewood Ranch office building, Arby's restaurant, Sarasota School of Arts & Sciences, affordable housing, and Gold Bank branch prototypes.
Heap has been a member of the Florida AIA Gulf Coast Chapter since 2002 and currently serves as the group's Associate Director, as well as the AIA Florida State Associate Director for 2008-2010.
