| Located on the North Fork St. Lucie River, on a tree covered lot, this single family residence includes many "green" sustainable features throughout, including use of natural daylight, reduced solar heat gain, energy efficient cooling, alternative energy sources (photovoltaic and wind), and low VOC materials and finishes. It is registered for LEED for Homes certification.
This is a two story organic house conforming to prominent views, and passive sustainable design. The building takes careful consideration of sun, wind and light where its form emerges. The intent of the design was to provide a luxurious residence with ample amenities while fulfilling a connection to the site and to the views overlooking the trees and the river.
