The Florida Institute for Neurologic Rehabilitation (FINR) is building its new corporate headquarters in Wauchula. The facility is a 17,000 SF, two story building located in the heart of downtown Wauchula in the city’s historic district. In response to the requirements of the Historic Preservation Board of the city, Carlson Studio designed a building to fit into the character of the old Florida main street that will be the new home for FINR. The project has received a certification of Appropriateness from the Historic Preservation Review Board, and received high accolades for its historic character.
The new headquarters holds the corporate offices, accounting departments and the employee training center with classrooms. The building is rich in architectural detail with its brick exterior with granite accents, 2 story columns and stone balustrades. The facility has obtain all its approvals and permits, and has not yet begun construction.
