| This project consists of 2 buildings. The main building is a 13,700 SF Assisted Living Facility for the Florida Institute for Neurologic Rehabilitation (FINR). FINR specializes in treating and rehabilitating clients with neurologic impairments. The main building features 12 large private rooms, each with a large, accessible bathroom and walk-in closet. The facility has large Porte Cochere and a grand entry/foyer space to welcome clients and visitors. Functions provided to the clients and staff include a commercial kitchen, community dining room, lounges, activity rooms, laundry and staff office space on the second floor.
The second building on campus is a 4,600 S.F. Vocational building that provides additional activity spaces for the clients. It features a colonnade which faces the main building and it has a metal roof, brick and horizontal siding exterior to match the main building.
