Located on 5.75 acres, this project consists of 4 buildings. The 3 main buildings are each a 13,700 SF Assisted Living Facility for the Florida Integrated Neurologic Group (FING). FING specializes in treating and rehabilitating clients with neurologic impairments. Each building features 12 large private rooms, each with a large, accessible bathroom and walk-in closet. Each facility has a large Porte Cochere and a grand entry/foyer space to welcome clients and visitors. Functions provided to the clients and staff include a commercial kitchen, community dining room, lounges, activity rooms, laundry and staff office space on the second floor.
