Located on a beautiful, natural site near the St. Johns River, this project is a 4 building complex of affordable multi-family housing to serve as independent living or assisted living units. Each 6,000 S.F. building has 10 private bedrooms, each with private bath, a common shared living area, dining room, small commercial kitchen, activities space, laundry and administrative office. The project uses "green" sustainable features throughout, including proper building orientation, use of natural daylight, reduced solar heat gain, energy efficient cooling, low VOC materials and finishes and instant hot water heating, all on a tight budget.
