The new master plan for Sun-N-Fun RV Resort addresses the facilities goals of adding several new structures, providing additional parking, an instituting Low Impact Development (LID) practices throughout their facility. Carlson Studio took advantage of the master planning process to point out new water management techniques and better land usage to create a cohesive site. Using new LID practices the resort has maximized their potential with out exceeding the allowable impermeable areas.
Other new features include extended pool decks, a new Recreation facility, and reprogrammed building uses. Carlson Studio has recently begun concept design for the new Recreation and Indoor Pool building.
