In conjunction with Bowie Urban Planners, Carlson Studio preformed a study of an existing transportation corridor along US 17 in North Port. The study included inserting new "Green" business into the existing fabric in a sustainable manner. With the use of both green building and low impact development techniques, the team design an Eco Tourism site plan and an Industrial site plan.
